We are excited to introduce our first teen focused workshop!!! This workshop will be guided by me, Katy the owner of the art studio. I have found using abstract techniques have opened me up to finding trust and love with in myself improving my life, my health and relationships. . I am excited to share these techniques to our future leaders and help them discover just how amazing they are! This workshop is held for four weeks on Tuesdays 5-6 pm . You can sign up for one day or all of them! Receive one day free when signing up for all four classes! Day 1 : I will introduce myself and have the group share their name over a game of giant Jenga *30 minutes splatter paint * After splatter paint we will start acrylic pouring on tiles. This day is an easy and therapeutic start to what our techniques have to offer Day 2: Game of giant Jenga * Giant paint filled balloon thought pop and splatter painting. We will write down a negative or anxious thought we may be having and insert it into a paint filled balloon to pop on canvas. This allows us to honor and not dwell on thoughts we are having as they do not define us but our actions do Day 3: T shirt splatter design day!! Giant Jenga game A great way to express your individuality is through clothing so we will splatter and use stamps and stencils on T shirts to do just that! T shirt provided!! Day 4 Giant Jenga game We will spend our last day on our giant spin art machine fashioned out of an old bicycle! Although we control the colors and placement of paint, once you start spinning we have no control of the outcome! Depending on your perspective just like everday challenges in life it can be a beautiful thing!

To cancel or reschedule please call, message via Facebook page or email at contactus@creativesforcommunity.net! If you need to cancel please do so 7 days prior of booking date so you may receive a 50% refund of your booking! Unfortunately after 7 days, same day cancels or or no shows will not be able to be refunded but we will r/s you at another date!
